Our Program
The Trailblazer Program began in 2009 and grew to offer teams from 3rd grade to Varsity level. Practices and home games are held at Ronnie Grandison Sports Academy on Kemper Road in Montgomery and/or Queen City Sportplex on Reading Road in Cincinnati. Instructional levels' league is split between Kingdom facility in Monroe and Ronnie Grandison's facility in Montgomery and begins the Saturday after Labor Day through October.
Our Teams
Our teams from Junior High and up are formed through tryouts in late May/early June. Our instructional levels do not require tryouts and form up until season, beginning the first week of August. We offer Winter training and Spring clinics that practice weekly.
Our Trainings/Practices
Instructional levels practice once a week on Monday afternoons from 3:30-5pm beginning the first week of August. Our more competitive U14 through varsity teams practice or have games 3-5 days a week during season, with practices starting the first week of August three days a week on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 4-6pm until games begins. Our JV and Varsity teams begin practices the week following Tryouts and will attend a team camp in July at Cedarville University. Most games are Tuesdays and Thursdays with some weekend matches especially for the JV and Varsity levels. Both U14 and JV levels typically complete their season the third week in October, and the Varsity season finishes with a National Tournament at the end of October.
Our Opponents/Travel
We compete against a few public schools, mostly Christian schools, and some other home school programs. During regular season, our youngest teams travel locally to league play or various schools/programs. Our U14 through Varsity will travel further for competition in a 2–3-hour radius of Cincinnati. Our varsity team travels to a National Tournament at season end for 4-5 days.
